My girlfriend driving through I70, and spotted these in Silverthorne, CO. I’m guessing New Cruzes.

Probably. The middle one has Eco wheels, the one on the right (bottom pic) has LTZ wheels. As far as I know they are the only cars in the GM lineup to use those wheels.

Yep I wouldn’t even give it a second look. Unless they are hiding it from other manufacturers because we all know they want to know what the Cruze’s secret sauce is.

I’m curious - is the new Volt based on the new Cruise platform?

My guess is that they’re actually some sort of new Ford prototypes, possibly a new Focus or Fiesta or something.
I recognize that yellow hotel building in the background of the second pic. It’s a fairly common place for Ford to keep their headquarters when they’re testing in the Colorado mountains. Look up TFLcar’s “prototype hunting” videos on YouTube, and if you watch enough of them, you’ll see what I mean.
On the other hand though, they do look like they have Chevy grilles. And there’s a Buick Encore there with them. There’s really no way to tell for sure unless the cars are completely camouflage-less. Lots of automakers use that hotel parking lot as a base for testing anyway.
Either way, tell your girlfriend nice spot!

Used to live not far from there, it’s pretty common to see all sorts of manufacturers. Years ago I saw pre-Saturn Astras and Insignias parked there.
